Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes we all need extra support to navigate what we’re facing. At Anderson Counseling and Wellness, I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, high masking autism, or trauma, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, healing, and resilience.

Using evidence-based approaches, I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and teen counseling tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Based in New Milford, CT and serving surrounding communities, my practice is a safe, supportive space where you can work through challenges and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

About Kerri

    Kerri Anderson, MA, LMFT

    Kerri Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree from Fairfield University in 2011. She is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York and brings over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families.

    Kerri is Level 2 trained in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and EMDR basic trained, and she has extensive experience in play therapy. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for everyday life.

    She specializes in working with ADHD, late-realized autism, and anxiety in both children (ages 10 and up) and adults. Kerri also enjoys supporting parents through responsive parenting approaches and ADHD-focused parent coaching.

    Kerri offers both in-person and virtual appointments and currently works with children 10+ and adults.
